Description

Seán Lysaght grew up in Limerick and has lived for many years near Westport,County Mayo. He taught at Maynooth University and, until his recent retirement, at Galway-Mayo Institute of Technology, Castlebar. One of Ireland’s leading contemporary poets, he has published eight collections of poems and is also the author of a biography of the Irish naturalist Robert Lloyd Praeger (1865-1953).
